*Placement of order signifies agreement to Organicsbeyond's policies. It is the customer's responsibility to read these policies before ordering.

Please allow one day for processing of in stock items before shipment. Estimated delivery days are from time of shipment, not from time of order.

Due to environmental concerns, Organics Beyond does not supply printed catalogs or printed invoices. We send paperless invoices to the email address supplied at time of order, but we will not include the invoice in the shipment. All products on the website represent our current stock with our most up-to-date pricing and current sales. Please continue to check the web site for future additions.

Ordering:

Place an order in one of three ways:

  • Log on to Organics Beyond, our highly secure web-site.
  • Mail the order to Organics Beyond, P.O. Box 5291 Poland, OH 44514. Mailed orders require payment before shipping.
  • Fax the order to 330-707-0433. Faxed orders require payment before shipping.

PAYMENT:

Organics Beyond accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Please send checks and money orders to Organics Beyond, P.O. Box 5291 Poland, OH 44514. If paying with check or money order, we will not ship your order until payment has been received and/or has cleared.

If an item is in stock, we will ship it within one business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the same day (if in stock). Any orders placed after 11 a.m. will process the following business day. Larger items or large orders may require additional processing time.

Organics Beyond tries to indicate when products are not in stock. There are occasions; however, when stock is depleted between the time you place your order, and the time we process your order. If this occurs, we will try to do the following: inform you of the back order status, estimate the shipping date, and give you the chance to rescind your order.

All items are shipped via UPS ground but if you needed 2nd day air, please call us for pricing.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Organics Beyond will grant refunds (excluding shipping and handling) for products returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The product must be in perfect condition. You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs in either a return or exchange.

The item must be in its original re-sellable condition to receive a refund

Health Laws prohibit us from accepting returned items that have been worn. Garments can be tried on, but not washed or exposed to fragrances. This is very important because of our chemical sensitive customers. Please handle garments with clean hands and do not expose to products with a fragrance such as lotions, deodorants, hair spray, air freshener, or any kind of smoke, including incense - even if it is all-natural.

SHIPPING / SHIPPING DAMAGE & PROBLEMS:

Upon receipt of your merchandise, report any damaged shipment to our customer service department at 1-800-906-7761. Also, report immediately any problems with shipping (e.g. damage or delivery failure) so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We will not process any damage/failed delivery reports after 30 days.

If you are concerned about a delivery, please call our service department at 1-800-906-7761. You are responsible for tracking the package through the UPS code, or checking your order through your Floorseating.com online account. You are also responsible for calling customer service about a failed delivery.

LARGE ORDER REQUESTS or ESTIMATES:

Organics Beyond is happy to work with our customers to fill large orders.

However, due to the large seasonal demands, in stock quantities and/or manufacturer delays on large orders may take 2 weeks or more to process.

Please plan ahead & request a large order at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

If items are in stock they will be shipped or set aside (at the time of payment). If the items are not in stock an order to the manufacturer can be placed and an estimate for shipping can be given to you once we have all your (shipping/address/quantity requested) information.

The order can be placed directly to through the site and a customer service representative will call you if there will be any delays.

When you shop on-line at Organics Beyond, you are shopping on a highly secure site. Organics Beyond is "anti-spam," and we will not use unethical promotional methods. We use "SSL" servers for our e-commerce to ensure the most secure way to shop.
